  Even if GFP withdraws from the race, the best thing for EC to do assuming without admitting that they want to change the already printed ballot papers is to conduct fresh ballot but not just do automatic shifting which will disadvantaged those below GFP's position. This is so because all the parties have invested heavily in their campaign with regards to their positions so all of them should suffer the same fate.
