    DOUBLE TRACK SYSTEM WAS “ADWENKESE”. IT ADDRESSED THE INFRASTRUCTURAL DEFICIT IN THE GHANA’S EDUCATION SYSTEM AND ENSURED ALL QUALIFIED STUDENTS GOT ACCESS TO ENJOY THE FREE SHS. BAWUMIA IS OUR NEXT PRESIDENT.
