  What is the problem? Overspeeding vehicles kill people in front of the hospital. There are several solutions but the Administrator has a typical African Mindset. Here are possible ways to better the situation: 1-Change the Entry Point for Pedestrians. Break some side walls, create a new Gate. 2-Use Funds from the Hospital to construct ramps. 3- Instead of wasting money on f
  uneral, ask for contributions towards ramps, road signs like speed limits. 4- The Entrance is likely too close to the main road. Shift, adjust, make room. The Staff and Doctors are more intelligent than me. Let them think around for solutions that might be better than mine.

  Very sad that all these years nothing concret has been done. I once witnessed someone being killed by a speeding car right in front of the hospital. The solution calls for multiople solid ramps and police enforcement of speed limit. Changing the entrance won't help. People have to cross the road to go to the hospital. There should be at least six (6) speed ramps as drivers approach the entrance. Those who violate the rules should receive severe punishment

  Speed ramps are not the final solutions to stop drivers from over speeding. The laws are not working, which is why drivers ignore road regulations. If drivers were to be prosecuted for reckless driving, the over speeding at certain places would be reduced.

  Yes put up a sign for speed limit, a stop sign so that every car or motor bike will stop for some minutes before moving. they can also put pedestrians crossing lines where a person can press for a sign just like at the traffic lights that will let all cars stop and when the green lights come on the cars can move.
