He would have ended up changing the constitution through the courts . This parking of courts to rule in your favor is the exact system we have in all authoritarian states like Russia , North Korea , Cuba , Venezuela, China , Zimbabwe, Equatorial Guinea , just to mention a few . If the SC is not removed and if the opposition allows the election to be stole by the EC for the NPP like they did in 2020 , then we are headed for judicial dictatorship aided by the NPP who claim to be democrats. They are simply bunch of thieves with historical precedents .
