Akufo ado / whatever the heck he is called is never a democrat, we should thank our stars that he didn’t come immediately after Rawlings left office , otherwise we would haven’t had democracy at all . He would have ended up changing the constitution through the courts . This parking of courts to rule in your favor is the exact system we have in all authoritarian states like Russia , North Korea , Cuba , Venezuela, China , Zimbabwe, Equatorial Guinea , just to mention a few . If the SC is not removed and if the opposition allows the election to be stole by the EC for the NPP like they did in 2020 , then we are headed for judicial dictatorship aided by the NPP who claim to be democrats. They are simply bunch of thieves with historical precedents .

This Great saw into the future and saw that all Constitutions written by book long people and professionals have never lasted and he made sure those book longs were not part of the Consultative Assembly.

The longest constitution of Ghana is the 1992 one, we remain indebted to His Excellency Rawlings.
