As a Software Engineer myself, all I can see Bawumia doing is exploiting the digitization concept for political expediency.
What Bawumia talks about and is doing will not make Ghana any more digitized than say the Ivory Coast.
We cannot get digitized with our current bad economy. How many Ghanaians have smartphones? How many public libraries have Bawumia digitized in 8 years? What percentage of Ghanaians have the Bawumia made IT literate?
You see even when it comes to digitization, all Bawumia is doing is BANGING ON about something he has no CLUE WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. AND THE NPP cOMMUNICATION PEOPLE WHO ARE EQUALLY COMPUTER IGNORANTS MAKES THE LOUDER NOISE ABOUT DIGITIZATION.

NPP WANTS TO CLING TO POLITICAL POWER DESPITE THEIR DISMAL ECONOMIC FAILURE, AND THEY WANT TO RETAIN POLITICAL POWER ANY MEANS NECESSARY REGARDLESS OF THE HIGH-RISK IMPLICATIONS FOR GHANA AND THE GHANAIAN ECONOMY.
