The Speaker didn't declare Asiamah's seat vacant; he only announced it. It was Asiamah's party that informed the Speaker that Asiamah was no longer a member of NPP and therefore could not represent them in Parliament
What unconsittutional? He doesn't even understand the separation of powers he is talking about. The issue at hand is constitution not standing orders.
