E.g Free Education was in the 1992 constitution which they boycotted because, they did not want to seat at the same table with market women, driver, carpenters, in fact the ordinary man to discuss about the content. He built the national data centre upon which this digitalization is based. Without it,we could not be talking of a national data storage system that facilitate digitalization. He was tackling the fundamentals for a solid takeoff just as he confronted the power crisis by taking ownership and dealing with it, rather than finding every excuse like COVID and Russia-Ukraine to explain everything, instead of their thievery, wickedness, and misgovernance.
