    I strongly recommend this what is the meaning of that strong room. Itust open for those who voted. There should be no Strong Room at EC office, citizens must witness what ever is going on at EC office after voting.

    All parties have their trusted representatives in the supposed STRONG ROOM to monitor and attest to what goes on there when it comes to coalition of votes. The STRONG ROOM is never controlled by only one Political party.
