And some idiotic youth are supporting this, Most of you will want to run to civilized developed country, do you think but for the freedom and justice they are enjoying, they would have ever gotten to where they are today? Stay in Ghana, support tyranny, your country will forever remain a shitty garbage country, whilst you migrate to places that the people acts and reason as humans and not animals like you are doing there. How can a supreme court say it's normal for people(Santrokofi , Akpafu, Lolobi and Likpe)to be marginalized and stay without a representation for four years, simply because they are NDC and any election conducted there will mean Mps for the NDC winning and making them a majority in parliament, and so therefore, those people must be treated like animals by no other institution but a supreme court of a nation, its ok for Asin North people to stay without a representation for months, just so Npp will have the chance of passing the E levy, but today, its a taboo for some constituencies to also stay without a representation, simply because the Npp will be two seats lesser than the NDC and become an opposition, this kind of a premeditated, calculated cruelty being churned out by a supreme court which is supposed to be the only final source of hope for the. Poor and voiceless, is now being used as an Alcatraz gas chamber to persecute some group of persons, Ghana under these dictators is doomed to sink forever.

This is undoubtedly a politicized Supreme Court. Somebody has to stand up to them.

Not that many people, including me, understood when Rawlings murdered some judges in his revolution. Yes, I was angry when he murdered my relative who wasnt a judge but a member of the erstwhile Supreme Military Council, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Ghana needs another revolution, specifically a military takeover. Anybody who disagrees is either an NPP, ignoramus, or someone who doesn't fully understand the evil underbelly of Akuffo Addo packing the Court.

And some of us were angry for years when Rawlings murdered some judges in his June 4 revolution. I guess people will start to appreciate my appeal for a military takeover, if only along the same lines of Rawlings' savagery but without the corruption.

Their hands were tied to the back, they had no option, the whole world was watching, everybody heard Godfred Dame, pouring out his and the Npp's intent for Ato Forson, so God set Ato free by letting Dame trust in the other guy, otherwise the verdict would have gone exactly as you heard Dame voicing out in accordance to their plan. For SALL the people were disenfranchised, I think due to constituency/regional boundary error by the EC. In the case of the four MPs, they were duly elected, and sworn in to office. So, even if they engaged in something that invalidate their seats, the right process should be followed by going to the high court; Not be the Speakers declaration. Don't tell me the former speaker did same because precedence doesn't make right what is wrong. And you can't blame the then Supreme Court because no one brought a case before it. Franklin should be mindful the way he's inciting people against the Supreme Court.

How can a supreme court say it's normal for people of (SALL) Santrokofi , Akpafu, Lolobi and Likpe to be marginalized and stay without a representation for four years, simply because they are NDC and any election conducted there will mean Mps for the NDC winning and making them a majority in parliament, and so therefore, those people must be treated like they're not ghanaians by no other institution but a supreme court of GHANA its ok for Asin North people to stay without a representation for two years, just so Npp will have the chance of passing the E levy, but today, its a taboo for some constituencies to also stay without a representation, simply because the Npp will be two seats lesser than the NDC and become an opposition, this kind of a premeditated, calculated cruelty being churned out by a supreme court which is supposed to be the only final source of hope for the Poor and voiceless, is now being used as an Alcatraz gas chamber to persecute some group of persons. A capitalist society or neocolonial society is An Animal Farm, in which some animals are said to be superior to others. To the matter at hand. The Supreme Court in Ghana ruled that parliamentarians who cross carpet can be on the same carpet they crossc contrary to all laws, not excluding the law of motion.
To the effect, the Supreme Court has ruled that a person who travels from Tema to Accra and is currently in Accra, according to their logic is still in Tema.
The Supreme Court has said that the people who crossed carpet must still be on the carpet they walk from, when in reality they are on a new carpet. A carpet different from what they were originally.
They claim that its against democracy for people to lose sight of their representatives in parliament for a few months. But as the law is an ass that can be beaten by the one who has a whip, the court that deprived people of representation for four years said that others cannot be deprived of the same for three months.
This is cynicism as well as hypocrisy. The judiciary has brought itself to disrepute, contempt and scorn. Its reputation is in tartars.

What about the people of SALL? If the SC can act with this speed then what happened to the LGBTQ bill that requires prez assent? Selective justice will lead to future problems. The SC has demonstrated their party colours and cannot be said to be neutral. Where is the law of precedence in this matter? And is Parliamentary Act not relevant anymore?
