My understanding is/was that unless responding to an emergency - or by being directed by authorized MTTD/Police - or at minimum having police escort(s) then any driver of any vehicle is to drive according to road traffic regu ...

My understanding is/was that unless responding to an emergency - or by being directed by authorized MTTD/Police - or at minimum having police escort(s) then any driver of any vehicle is to drive according to road traffic regulations i.e. the correct direction of a traffic lane.
This is how fatal collisions occur. They cannot be termed accidents

There is no need to investigate a driver who was driving from the other direction of the road. The only thing to be done is to examine the BRAINS of the said driver to find out if he is not insane.

The same big men won't think of innovative ways to solve the traffic congestion,but they rather want fast fast movement.its tine we the people resist and allow them to join us in the traffic so they learn to solve the problem
