  Dr Akuffo Dampare has a PhD in Finance and Accounting.Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has a PhD in Economics. Both understood each other and some of also understand them.What Dr Bawumia is saying is that the Cadet shd not always adopt a Text Book approach in solving problems. They are not saying "Archbishop " Salifu Amoako's family shd go scot-free they definitely will be punish per what I know of Dr Dampare.

  I hope for once the police will be professional and handle the case as such. Cuddling with the families of the children killed in the accident is not professional. They must conduct investigations and hand over their findings for the prosecutors to proceed with theirs without favoring any sides involved in the situation.
