Drogba wants to tell the world that Vini was set to win it and he was the rightful winner but it was taken from him at the last hour. But he (Drogba) is saying it in a very clever way so as not to incur the wrath of the organizers lest they stop inviting him to the event in future. Rodri is nowhere near a Ballon d'Or player even if the likes of Vini were not around.
