  You are the most stupid Education Minister in Ghana’s history who has recognized after almost eight years in office to recognize that some schools needs modernization. Your government is a big failure when it comes to education. Look at how poorly the free SHS have been handed from the scratch with bloated contracts for family, friends and party members.
