  There is something called PSTD, post traumatic stress disorder, its important this underage gets the best psychological support in order for the police to get the best response from him.Note if this is not done he will likely to give the best response which further jeopardise the progress of the case in court.
  I know its a difficult moment for the family and we all but I can tell he will be cleared for questioning and believe his responses twill be a solid in evidence for the court. let this elusive objectivity be guide to emotional subjectivity...thank you

  But l don't think this will stop the police from conducting its investigation. The suspect in question can decided not to speak to the police and that is his right. Nobody can force him to volunteer a statement to the police.
