The doctor can only advice. He cannot insist that the child cannot go to the hospital. People have been wheeled to court in beds.

He can still be arrested and detained in his family home. It is called a house arrest. The police will be detailed to keep an eye on him until he is taken to the police station for interrogation and detention.

We will definitely seek alternate legal action against this doctor and anyone who attempts to sweep this under the carpet. Who came to this stupid and false conclusion. Afterall, did this buffoon have brain surgery? What a useless country we have. Very sad indeed. Elrad was born in the Bronx, NY. The families of the victims should get an American lawyer and sue the parents and the spoiled child here in America and have a real court system take care of this matter. You cannot bribe an.American.judge, doctor, investigator or whatever. Sadly in Ghana, because of some unscrupulous government officers and a messed up legal system, this case could go no where, which will be a travesty. #WE NEED JUSTICE FOR THE POOR GIRLS WHO WERE KILLED BY THIS MURDERER.

When the culprit was arrested a Ghanaian Psychiatrist quickly came up to say that the man was a mental patient and the matter end up there.
The prosecution must examine the defendant to confirm if he is fit for interrogation or not.
