2. You couldn't employ citizens into civil service even then because of IMF.

3. You canceled teachers/nursing training allowances without remorse even then.

4. You couldn't pay teachers hard 3years earns instead, you only paid 3months.

5. You couldn't provide common chalks, so some teachers volunterally helped themselves.

6. All your little projects were inflated with higher cost rather than actual cost to duped the nation's, example. Circle interchange.
