Those Mps whose seats have been declared vacant should they go home or stay in parliament?And if they have to go home, then you are saying those constituency are not going to have any representative in parliament,? There is going to be a law suit against the Speaker for denying them representation.

Bagbin should be the judge when a parliamentarian is attacked or faces challenges that require Court services.

And when it comes to this national interest, all political parties/ leaders coalesce to deal with it positively. In America where they have political duopoly like Ghana political dispensation, it’s called bi- partisanship. The Egos of political leaders is made subservient. So we are sorry if you believe the speaker is not being accorded his proper due by the SC. Parliament is not sovereign? Sure you’ve heard about the supremacy of the 1992 constitution which gives the SC final interpretation role of idiotic acts that undermine the “ national interest “???
