  Wouldn't the smart think to do is to ban these sachet water containers?
  There must be millions in circulation
  And as for plastic bags from Supermarket Markets etc. Educate customers to bring their own carry bag or develop brown paper bags like most countries do as the paper breaks down whereas plastic doesn't.
