It is time for us to stop relying on the mercies of others, and faith ALONE to determine our destiny. Planning is the key to our prosperity. I heard a man complaining that "NO ONE IS HELPING" him to take care of his 9 children who are in school. Balderdash! Who do you want to take care of your irresponsibility? Most citizens in the Advance countries plan for their families, hence, they do not come and ask Africans for help. It is time we do likewise. Please no one should insult me on this.
