IMF MD is not helping Ghana. The IMF is always praising the Government, even when it clearly knows the Government is corrupt, abused its fiscal finances and borrowed itself into bankruptcy.
My economics lecturer once told me, " if you want to know a country is not doing well economically,just find out from the IMF if it is praising that country". This fact is true because they always want to oppress you.
