If power is in the constitution, why is it misapplied everyday by Akuffo Addo and misinterpreted by the useless Supreme Court? What bothers me is how a supreme court justice who has been on the bench for over thirty years and doesn't understand simple basic English. My six year old granddaughter can understand this article 97(1)g h. Majority of NPP intellectuals and academics suffer from the disease called Acquired Matemeho Knowledge Difficiency Syndrome(AMKDS). As soon as they join NPP, they stop thinking.

One will never find them thinking about the nation except themselves and how to recoup their investment in securing their offices in the first place by any means necessary. In terms of this Kingsford Bagbin sensationalism seeking and trying write his name in the annals of Ghanaian history by hook or crook means; Do we practice parliamentary or constitutional supremacy in the country? What make these NDC MPs, Parliament think that when they're finished making the laws for the country, they can also interpret it or be a law unto themselves?

In terms of this attempted NDC parliamentary coup, who crossed carpet to join another party, or did somebody go independent in this same 8th parliament? Is the 8th the same as the 9th parliament of the Fourth Republic? Who born dog for farthest from intelligence John Jinapor to warn the Supreme Court? "SC tread Cautiously, else ..." - John Jinapor.

If the NDC is such competent and erudite as projected to be, why has JM been their perennial and dynastic flagbearer or vice on the ballot since 2008, or being their hijacker with the party in his pocket, or the repository of all wisdom in the party, hitherto?

Accountability is not mentioned in the constitution. Single sourced contracts are the best. There is a need of an overhaul of the constitution. A one party democracy does not help most people.
