  Which of Anichema Abugrago Azoka's name suggests that he is a Kusasi? Anichema is the corrupted form of Ninchema, which is Mamprusi/ Builsa name, Azoka which is derived from different other tribes within the former Northern region, and Abugrago (which is another corrupted form of Bugraogo, a typical Mossi name. So if none of his names don't have bearings with the Kusasi people, why should you commit bloodshed all in the of you wanting him to become the chief of an area his ancestors never knew of it's existence?

  Blame the Kusasis who are not smart. Apart from Nkrumah who created the problem in the first place, no President has favored the Kusasis more than Nana Addo. But this ungrateful Kusasis continue show of hatred for NPP compelled Mana Addo to reconsider his stance else NPP will lose the votes of the Mamprusis and their sympathisers. In any case the Mamprusis have a solid case because they started becoming chiefs of Bawku since 1721, yes since 1721. The Kusasis on the other hand started in 1957 by Nkrumah because the Mamprusis were supporting his main opponent. Let us be careful about politicians who fans the conflict for their selfish gains. The NPP PC is playing mind game and must be watched carefully. May God Almighty brings lasting peace to Bawku.

But Mamprusis who have been chiefs for several centuries know how to do so and that may make the Kusasis chief rather look like a community chief.

  Nonsense, are you contesting for Member of Parliament or for chieftaincy title. If not because some of you are low IQ, why would you think modern government should usurp the rights of occupants of a skin for imposters who have no trace of links to the chieftaincy institution? Even the the late J J Rawlings who usurped the rights of the Mamprusis later on saw grievous mistake it was and revoked the decree he issued to elevate Anachema to a chieftaincy status. His wrongful claim to it ended the day the late dictator repealed the law he promulgated to smuggle him in to the chieftaincy institution. If your aim for joining politics is to aid an imposter like Anachema Abugrago perpetuate his illegality on the skin of Bawku traditional area, then your pathetic self is in the wrong place.

  If that's all that the Kusasi people want, so be it. We are sick and tired that hypocrisy of how they want to use this chieftaincy issue to hold him hostage. Traditional matters are separate from government administrative issues. No where in Ghana is any chief appointed by government. No turning back, since the law recognizes His Royal Majesty, Naa Sheriga Alhaji Seidu Abagre, the Paramount chief of the Bawku Traditional area. The Government should take off her hands off this matter and let's see who is it that can remove him from occupying his legitimate position and exercising his Authority. For a fact, Kusasi are never the majority in the Bawku Traditional area but rather, they have formed alliances with different settler groups to claim that fake majority. If anybody thinks they can cry Maamaa for the government to sympathize with them and take a wrong and mistaken step again, sorry it won't wash. He or she can resign from the party. The question we ask is, have the Kusasi people been voting for the NPP since it's formation? And will they do it in the future? Hell no, so if anyone's purpose is to join a political party in Ghana with the agenda to hold the state to ransom to lend them a wrong support for their imposter to occupy the skin, then sorry for them it won't happen, as others will also retaliate and do same. Make the government not panic and make a wrong move this time around, the people 5hemselves can handle the situation to normalcy. But what is worthy of note is that, the state should not waste her scarce resources to provide security to Abugrago again, let everyone be for themselves and God be for all.
