Napo is so daft that he did not even know the dpty minister responsible for pre-tertiary education during Ndc regime. And has forgotten the paper he delivered at a UNESSCO conference wearing LGBTQ tie and badge on his coat which video and audio is being aired. Loose talk Napo is a disaster to the driver mate.
