At a time when perpetrators of armed robbery roams the length and breath of the country, corrupt policemen have turned into debt collectors.
This is the state of a failed state. The police are called police service for a reason. They serve the people but take bribe to do things not under their jurisdiction.
Any police officer involve in debt collection must be sacked. Candidates are fighting to be presidents but once there, cannot fight terminal decline in the fabric of our society.
