Especially the new chief justice is a criminal and a crook...N.D.C must sack her Immediately we take over the reigns of government. This is what they did and the P.N.D.C killed those 3 Judges...no trust in the judiciary.

  Anyone can say anything on this platform.
  They are irrelevant. Only the Supreme Court has the constitutional mandate to inteprete such matters.

  I suspect that the Supreme Court is afraid Afenyo Markin may lose the case because Bagbin has not done anything unconstitutional.
  Besides,the whole world is watching how Supreme Court will resolve this simple problem.Tnx.

  Article 97 (g) (h) is very clear n need no interpretation, in the wisdom of the framers of the constitution if one is voted for as a member of a party to represent a constituency n later left the party to contest as an independent candidate that person has abandoned the people who voted for him as a member of their party, so for any body to suggest the vacation of seat is referring to future is highly problematic, a future seat that is yet to be won can't be declared vacant

  Mind you,the Constitution is clear on this development according to the Article 97.
  It's not time for debate but the existing law must be applied as the Speaker has done rightfully.
  By the way,why is the Supreme Court afraid to interprete Article 97 as quickly as possible?
  The Supreme Court has been packed with NPP people so what are they waiting for to interprete simple English in Article 97?
  It tells you that it's a bad case for Afenyo Markin because Bagbin acted within the law so to speak.Tnx.

That’s why he’s become intransigent and has buried his head in the sand and thrown the national interest overboard. This is the culmination of all the partisan decisions he has been taking since he became Speaker. It’s as simple as that.
