Domelovo's behaviour since he left office shows clearly that he was never an independent public servant exercising his duties as Auditor General. He was very partisan and he had an agenda.
Was he doing his work diligently?
He did not audit one single act of indiscretion by John Mahama who appointed him. So, you answer yourself if Domelovo was diligent.
