  In 2012 NDC manifesto, Mahama told Ghanaians that NDC will implement insurance policy for all farmers, and was he able to do it? What year is today, 2024 and now, he is promising the same insurance for all drivers and mates in Ghana, and do you believe that?
  
  Talk about a politician who is a filthy liar, look no further past Mahama.
