WHEN DID THE NDC BECOME NPP SECRETARIAT OR HEADQUARTERS?

Under what capacity did the NDC petition the Speaker to remove those three NPP MP’s from the parliament and declared their seats vacant? What right had the NDC incompetent party to petition the speaker on behalf of the NPP?

In the case of the 2020 Asiamah’s situation, it was the NPP that petitioned Speaker Mike Oquaye to remove Asiamah and declare his seat vacant; after all the internal mechanisms and negotiations failed to settle the issue within the party’s internal structure.

But in the 2024 case involving the three NPP MP’S, did the NPP consult the NDC to work on their behalf? So why did the NDC act on behalf of the NPP, since the parties have nothing in common, in terms of ideological differences?

I BELIEVE OSMAN BAGBIN SHOULD BE REMOVED AS THE SPEAKER ASAP!

We the people of Ghana will file a process at the Supreme Court for proper interpretation if the speaker acts on this. Tax waver is not urgent and important government business. Govt will rather loose needed revenue for dev.

You see how Bagbin defeated Afenyo in the first round after the Supreme Court ruling.
Speaker Bagbin allowed the affected MPs to come to parliament as directed by Supreme Court but refused to order NDC back to their respective seats.
Afenyo couldn't marshall his side to the floor because he wanted Bagbin to do the dirty job which he ignored.
As it stands,if Afenyo is honest and law abiding,he will direct his energy on the Supreme Court to interprete Article 97 quickly to bring sanity in parliament and the general public.
Why is he not interested to resolve the impasse at the Suprem Court?
He knows that the Suprem Court can't fault Bagbin for declaring the 4 seats vacant according to the Constitution.This is complete mafia tactics but it will not work this time.Tnx.

1. Akufo-Addo is building 110 first class hospitals most of them in completion level as compared to 1 hospital John Bentua Mahama has built .    

2. Akufo-Addo has built four airports including one international airport in Kumasi, plus 2 Fishing Harbors, and you are talking about just one airport that Mahama built.    

3. Akufo-Addo has built about 1,700 dormitories to abate the accommodation deficit of the free SHS, as compared to 27 Mahama’s E - Block High Day schools. Though the goon pledged to build 127.     

4. Akuffo-Addo implemented the National Ambulance and Paramedics with more than 325 state of the art modern ambulances fully equipped with defibrillators, modern ventilators and other Emergency Medical Equipments. Trained the entire staff and set up an entire National Emergency Management System, but John Bentua Mahama teamed up with his Brother Richard Jakpa from Bole Bamboi; together with Ato Forson and supplied Ghanaians with some Kentengo ( empty Bolekejas) eyesores they call ambulance. Something that is not even fit to carry horses, and they call those ambulances?   

5. Akuffo-Addo has built 200 hundred factories as compared to MAHAMA’S one White Elephant project: the Komenda Sugar Factory.    

6.Akufo-Addo has built 600 Earth Dams in the North as compared to Mahama 0 dam, and the reason his SADA tree planting exercise failed because of lack of irrigation.    

7. Akufo-Addo has built 127 Astro turf stadiums, Mahama has built 0. ( zilch)    

8. Akufo-Addo has built a whopping 5 Regional administrative Capitals and infrastructures, as compared to MAHAMA’S 0 (ZIP).    Even Nkrumah only built 4 administrative capitals. 

9. Akufo-Addo has built about 10 overpasses around Ghana as compared to Mahama’s two overpasses.

We all saw (i) Amendment of the Environmental Protection Bill...which I guess will deal with stopping mining in forests. Why is the NDC coming with a private member's bill?
