2. if you in NPP has lost your majority leadership in parliament , and at the time speaker of parliament was indefinitely suspending parliament with some quoted standing orders by law, Afanyo marking is no more the leader of the house, hence has no jurisdiction to write to the speaker to reconvene parliament.
3.per the standing orders as it was communicated by the speaker of parliament to the floor of the house,
