Liar, have you forgotten the supreme Court has the mandate to interpret the laws made by Parliament and can even rewrite the laws by adding or taking away some aspects if there are contradictions? I don't know where you got y ... read full comment

Where in the world does supreme Court not have the mandate if a law needs interpretation because it has contradictions?

Parliament and Speaker rather has no final authority to interprete the constitution. Only the Supreme Court can, and that authority can not be usurp if the interpretation is contested at the Supreme Court.
