Does Bagbin ( Ebini) the pedophile speaker has the right to disenfranchise the constituencies that voted the majority to lead the Ghanaian Parliament? The majority status is only earned through the franchise of the Ghanaian voters and can’t be undermined by any senseless corrupt Speaker of Ghana’s Parliament. It serves the administration right. Someone like Osman Bagbin shouldn’t be walking free after he fleeced the Ghanaian tax payers when he imported those superficial furnitures to the parliament and charged the tax payers more than 1000% the actual value of the furnitures.
