Article 97 of Ghana’s 1992 Constitution, states that an MP’s seat becomes vacant if they cease to be a member of their elected party.

Bagbin should be bold and end Judicial tyranny at the at Apex court once and for all. We are tired of the manipulation of justice at the Supreme Court under NPP.
Bagbin dare not defy the Supreme Court. He will be charged with a big crime. The law is clear. Not even the President can defy the Supreme Court. Ndc lawyers and supporters do not read. They know nothing.
That's FALSE. The judiciary and legislature are equal branches of govt SO you can't prosecute a parliamentarian for performing his official duties. The Supreme Court can make recommendations but can't issue mandates.
