    @Respect...Mr speaker does not have to decide NOT to "obey" the SC declaration. The CONSTITUTION is clear and unambiguous about the matter. The constitution will settle the matter.

    The ruling was not an interpretation of Section 97 e-h of the 1992 Constitution, but some sort of injunction. It means that the Supreme Court is putting injunction on parliament not to perform its duties.
