The only order of the supreme court that holds the weight of article 2 is the order arising from the court's declaration on the substantive matter. This current foolish order is contemptuous of Parliament under article 122 of the Constitution. A lot of lawyers in Ghana have to go back to school. Those toilet papers can issue such orders to an individual or others small institution without Balls but not Parliament

@ Nkansa. My brother take it easy. The lady is right in my opinion. Under article 2, orders are issued to give effect to the "declaration so made" so hold on with the arrest. When the SC finally makes the declaration, we shall respect it. I have asked my men to remain in the minority seat. After all those 4 MPs do not have a voting right untill SC makes a determination. I can assure you of peace in the House.

Eh, Dr Ayine, how can you say this? If uou have nothing to say, keep mute. Your seat is under threat and many will use this against you if there is an independent candidate on Zuarungu.

DIVIDE and CONQUER, just like the Europeans used to cut up Africa, is the Modus Operandi of this MOST UGLY of presidents.
This is the only president and presidential aspirant who hoisted up his liliputian frame at a rally and proclaimed...Y3N AKANFUO......
He is working overtime to install Bawumiah as his successor not because he likes the guy, but to make sure that his stolen moneys and misbehaviours are covered up for ever......
