This is not political orders but constitutional interpretation. This is needed because declaring the seats vacant will mean by elections have to take place which is not possible. Again the move out of their respective parties ...

Ayine, what are you saying ? Akufo Addo packs the Court with NPP people who give orders favourable to NPP. If we allow this to go what is the guarantee that when NDC wins the election the Supreme Court will not nullify it.
