Mahama Ayariga, I don't blame you. Why are we here. NDC is using the Mike Ocquaye example but that happened under Mike Ocquaye is not the same as this one, why? When Asiama, declared to go independence, John Boadu the then secretary of NPP, wrote to Mike Ocquaye about Asiamah forcing Mike Ocquaye to declare Asiama's seat vacant.
Now, here is the interesting thing about the whole saga. After Asiama's was kicked out of the party, he sided with NPP in parliament and the leader thought otherwise.
Additionally, had JFK written to the Speaker about the three MPs to declare their seats vacant, if not, what powers does the speaker has to declare the seats vacant? We are building a country, and we must use commonsense to let cool head prevail.
Remember that the affected MPs will lose their mandate after the next election meaning, they are parliamentarian representing their constituencies till the next election. Is this hard to explain and understand by the speaker and his NDC drifters?

THE INTENTION TO CALL FOR THE IMPEACHMENT OF THE PRESIDENT AND CREATE UNREST IN COUNTRY!
I don’t think anyone is surprised at the position of this cow dung filled head of Ayariga. Even people who are supposed to make sense in the NDC are at lost at this very moment.
I mean what was going through Alan Bagbin’s head when tried to offer the minority a clear majority in the Ghanaian parliament vis a vis the will of the people who stood in lines for more than six hours and voted with the decision to give the NPP a majority in the Parliament? You see! What I always say about that man Bagbin? The man is so power hungry and is definitely looking for means to depose the government by any means possible. Otherwise why did he embark on that trajectory?

This is also a lesson to the minority. Too often you have let the country down. When a President appoints politically tainted, biased and stomach-directed people to the bench, we expect Parliament to shame and reject them. You don't give them a free pass. The current Supreme Court is NOT administering law and justice. It is not fit for purpose, and I feel scandalised that our taxes are used to feed these political judges. Too often, our country has been subjected to mockery by these crooks in wigs and robes. And I wonder how these old people even reason. Did the break-neck speed make sense to them? Law is a social construct. And it is intriguing that all these morons could pause to ask how people could interpret the speed in context.

ZOMBIE, BUGA, BUGA PARTY IN THEIR USUAL LOWS!
NDC’S OWN DRAFTED CONSTITUTION IS NOW BITTING ALAN BAGBIN AND HIS P/ NDC VERY PAINFULLY! DIDN’T ALAN BAG— EBINI CITED A CONSTITUTIONAL CLAUSE TO DECLARE THE SEATS VACANT?
AND WHICH ARM OF THE GOVERNMENT IS SOLELY VESTED WITH THE AUTHORITY TO INTERPRET THE GHANAIAN CONSTITUTION?
Alban Child Molester Bagbin Aka, Ebini—Bag is wrong. It’s only the Supreme Court that has the right to interpret the Ghanaian constitution. The NPP, otherwise known as the Dankwa/ Busia/ Dombo tradition rejected the invite’ to participate in the constituent assembly that was formed by P/ NDC and killer Kingpin JJ Rawlings to draw the 4th Republican constitution. And so the law that Ebini Bagbin is misinterpreting was drawn by his own people. At the time JJ Rawlings had appointed all the Supreme Court justices so he made sure the constitution would favor him so that he could avoid prosecution for the numerous crimes against humanity himself and his ilks including Bagbin have committed. So here, Alban Bagbin and his group of moronic MP stand the risk of being cited for the contempt of the court.
Why? The answer is simple— since the Speaker cited a constitutional clause to declare the seats vacant, the constitution gives the right to the Supreme Court as the only arm of the government that’s vested with the authority to interpret the constitution. So Alan Molester Bagbin should put the blame on the 4th Republic Constitution himself and his ilks imposed on Ghanaians.

No problem, keep listening to him. But remember the Speaker isn't a sovereign lord. His edicts aren't cast in stone, they can be subjected to judicial review.

The NDC is a lawless party and the people involved with that party are all lawless. A member of parliament saying this how much less their footsoldiers? This a democracy we're practicing here which is run on a constitution the supreme law of the land. Sometimes the law can go against or favour you, that's how democracies grow. As an opposition party you should respect the law if goes against you however if you decide to against the law then what country do wish to govern from the chaos that will ensue from action?
