Fixing a street lights is also has become a problem for ghana, the government cannot protect his citizens against crime, why? The money to fix it is not their pocket money so why can't they do it?

We pay street light levi. Yet, no street light in most of Accra. N1 to kasoa. 37 to N1 no light. These are roads I frequent.
