Whatever happens in Parliament until the Court provides an interpretation of Article 97 is irrelevant. The majority of the population of Ghana know the party that is seeking their mandate to be the government of the country. A party of irrational people who are averse to law and order.

Secondly you are a complete ignoramus and your level of understanding of Article 97 (1)(g) is the same as Bagbin. The matter is before the Supreme Court clothed with the authority to interprete the Constitution. As a Togolese you are probably unaware of this. Ghanaians await the ruling on the interpretation of the Article 97 to put this matter to rest. In the meantime as an alien you are advised to stay out of matters that do not concern you.

It is only in NDC that a parliamentarian will utter a word like "we shall fight, beat etc in parliament", and their leaders see nothing wrong with that.

The Parliament makes laws, the Excecutive implements and Supreme Court interprets whenever it boarders with the Constitution, though each is independent but the Supreme Court been the interpretor has the oversight powers to DIRECT or REDIRECT any of the arms as far as it falls under the Constitution.
