The MPs in question are in parliament so, how could the Speaker declare their seats vacant? They lost the primaries, meaning, they will not align themselves with NPP after the next election so, what is Amaliba talking?
These are some of the reasons they always loose cases at the court then blame the Judges as being bias. NDCfuo ne gyimii.

For the first place, you have erred yourself. A judgement given by Professor Ocquaye was only used as a precedent by Speaker Bagbin. The current stay of execution is a total error of judgement. How can we grow in this country when there is a confusion galore in the application of the constitution, on separation of powers? So, stop being an imbecile as it was very clear in your useless rebuttal. Be sensible and stopped being idiotic in your further statements.

Where does the NDC get all these nincompoops from ? MPs elected to parliament have to finish their mandate no matter what ! This has nothing to do with majority leader— what’s wrong with these people !!

Haruna Iddrissu is very wise. I am proud of him. I am happy that he is a Dagomba man. He has disgraced Bagbin big time. Therefore in the foreseeable future Haruna Iddrissu will be the leader of NDC. After the December elections, Mahama will be ousted as leader of NDC. The battle will be between Bagbin and Haruna Iddrissu. This is when people will look for wisest and smartest person. My brother Haruna Iddrissu a Dagomba with Ashanti blood will beat funny Bagbin. That is wisdom and common sense. Bravo Haruna
