What is the meaning of "Bagbin"? It means a bag filled with dirt, and that is why the Speaker cannot think deep before rendering judgement. No Speaker versed in constitution will act like Bagbin did.

I have made my intention not join NPP during the next parliament, and why should that affect my association with the same party today? That is what the Speaker did against the MPs which makes no sense.
