  In the last but one paragraph, you stated that he lost control of the vehicle which is inaccurate. It was his reckless speeding that contributed to the accident. He wasn’t driving slowly and lost control of the car. Reckless Ghanaian drivers don’t know the relationship between the speed of the vehicle and the stopping distance of the vehicle. At the speed at which he was, the car would stop over a longer distance & so he couldn’t have avoided running into the car ahead.
