  It very unfortunate that those who are learned in the NDC party does not advice their leaders accordingly.
  Your candidate was stop by the courts of Ghana from conducting herself as a NDC parliamentary candidate since May 2024 and you did not appealed the court ruling against your candidate until now. Then you are going to court to stop the independent electoral commission who is doing it's work by applying the court ruling? What were these lawyers in NDC doing until now?

  Yesterday the NDC were celebrating the ruling of the Speaker of Parliament after declaring some NPP and NDC seats in Parliament vacant.
  Now a court of competent jurisdiction has ruled against the Parliamentary Candidate of the NDC as far back as May,2024. The NDC failed to appeal against the ruling till ballot papers are being printed only to raise alarm.
  What were the Lawyers doing all this time?
  This country is not for the NDC alone and they should respect themselves as such and blame themselves for sleeping too long on this subject matter.

  A different primaries was ran in September which was supervised by THE SAME EC, and the same same candidate won without any issue, how can you now go back to apply a verdict that was done in MAY?

  Just because someone wrote a letter to them to do so. Meanwhile a new primary elections were held in September which the EC declared the same JOANA as the winner and candidate for the main elections. What sense is in this? EC AND NPP .......this is too much
