  Masud Didi Dramani should have been part of the current technical team but John Paintsil. Your experience and exposure would aid him in key decision making since he has not coach any major team before.

The question is how much time was CK given? How much time was Milo given? And how much time was Chris Houghton given? And perhaps Didi should ask himself, how much time was he given as Assistant Coach?Are these people vouching for more time for the current coach really
  have the interest of Ghana football at hand or they have just not given proper thinking before beginning their campaigning? We shall see.

  You have a very porous defensive line. the keeper, the right and left full backs are very inefficient. Ati Zigi Salisu Alidu and Gideon cannot be relied upon and i say it again and again. take it or ignore it

  The truth is the team has no game plan, no strategy, no tactics, and no system! This is a bunch of players with individual talents, but the coach and his staff have so far failed to figure out a system that can make them cohesive. Tell me, what is our defense system, I mean when we are under attack how do we defend as a team? What is our key attacking system? What system or tactics do we have to unlock the opponent’s defence? How do create goal scoring opportunities,? How does our defense link up with the midfielders and how does the midfielders create goal scoring chances? Football is SCIENCE! Does the team go through classroom lessons?
  Do the players know the purpose of the markings on the soccer pitch? Do they understand how the lines on the pitch help assist them to defend of attack?
  The team needs a lot of work! Do we have the caliber of staff to build a cohesive and a formidable team?
  The quality of the team cannot change because the GFA president is telling the players that the Blackstars existed before them!
  The input determines the out put, all things being equal! The GFA MUST SIT UP!

  We need a coach who is 'tactically experienced', and bold and strong enough to resist pressure/intimidation of any sort from above and from within the 'team'. Mr. Addo does not appear to have these qualities.
