The NDC is just disturbing the hornet's nest. The incumbent MP, Hon Ackah went to court and accused this Joana Cudjoe of having forged a voter's ID card to prove her residency in the Amenfi Central Constituency. The Voter ID she provided to contest in the constituency is reported to have a picture but the ID number belonged to someone else - a man for that matter. This is the substantive case to be determined in court for which an inerlocutory injunction, which is yet to be stayed or vacated, was placed until a final determination. Both the EC and NDC were made parties to the case. Instead of the loud-skewed-mouths of the so-called NDC lawyers leading processes to get this injunction vacated, they tried to play a fast one on Hon Peter Ackah. The forgery case will be resurrected at the High Court with this latest action by the NDC. They have only succeeded in disturbing the hornet's nest!

The EC was trying some machinations so that the general elections will not be held the same date. If you all remember that the assembly elections were not held the same date.That I s exactly what EC is planning but it seems my party NDC cannot see.
