Those members in question have not denounced their membership. They are still members of this current Parliament. Their departure from their Party will be the next Parliament. For this Current Parliament none of them have ever declared they have left their Party. Why then should their seats be declared vacant whereas they have never notified the Speaker of leaving their Party. The Law must be interpreted clearly.
