  A court that has yet to hold an evidentiary hearing on the plaintiffs' petition has no business disqualifying a candidate until that hearing has taken place. Matters of this nature require judicial expediency, and the court should rather have set an expedited hearing date to determine the issues raised by the plaintiffs instead of ordering the disqualification of a candidate pending that hearing.
  
  The NPP is a galamsey party with a monumental failure and fake guru economist Aplanke Bawumia as its flagbearer, a man known to be a bearer of serial lies. This incompetent Bawumia can't arrest the cedi. Bawumia even worked with his NPP galamsey government to loot, mismanage and collapse Ghana's economy. And he now is running around the country kissing the rear-ends of chiefs, thinking that such acts will make up for him not having any meaningful message for the voters of Ghana. Whom does Bawumia and the NPP think they're fooling by dangling their NPP failed policies, recycled broken promises and that stinking comatose economy in the eyes of Ghanaians? Bawumia is a monumental failure and a nation-wrecker. Ghanaians will not reward NPP and Bawumia's incompetence, along with their galamsey activities, four more years to continue with NPP's looting and mismanagement.

It seems the officials at the EC are not acting as fair referees and this is a danger sign for our democracy.
