There is something that is not adding up. I suspect a rich man is flirting with the girl, to the displeasure of the father, and wants to show the man where power lies.

  The man is clearly in the wrong, but it seems he didn’t want to wait until his daughter brought an unwanted pregnancy and shame to the family. This case should be investigated and resolved by DOVSSU, not the police.
