  Is English our language? When we pile up foreign languages to the neglect of our own what are we doing to ourselves? Why don't we first adopt one of our own languages, develop it to acceptable standards and promote it before granting access to our kids to the shaping of their minds with another foreign language? DO WE REALLY KNOW THE DAMAGE WE DO TO OUR SELF IDENTITY WHEN WE TEACH OUR CHILDREN TO THINK WITH FOREIGN LANGUAGES? OF WHAT USE IS OUR INDEPENDENCE WITH NO SELF IDENTITY? Nkrumah set up a state organ for the development of our indigenous languages. Did we understand why? It has been decades of no results. We now have sebio language illustrates who man radio microphones leading the pack in finding new indigenous language expressions for a fast developing world. We ought to get back on track sooner than later and stop embracing everything foreign to the detriment of our own.
