The collapse of Ghana soccer is not from the coaches but GFA. Ghana was a soccer powerhouse when we had organized juvenile soccer called colts. All the best of the best of Ghana soccer were products of the colts,the colts produced more talents to feed the local premier league which positively impacted the national team. The corrupt GFA abolished the colts and that was the end of Ghana soccer. Bring back the colts and inter schools tournaments, suspend international matches and reform the GFA.The problem with Ghana soccer is not the coach but lack of talents and weak local league.

You are showing that you are an old man resistant to change. The takashi colts system has been replaced by the Academies, that teach the fundamentals at early stage. More players transition to Europe at an early age.

In the modern era, the most successful coach was Milo. What happened during the second stint? In the meantime, our political scene very bad. Our government is clueless. They don't have any idea about governance. That spirit of patriotism is gone.

It can't only be about coaching. Lack of motivation, will and hunger on the part of the players is certainly part of the problem. Sometimes its simply psychological. It can't always be coaching. Otto Addo has been successful in other arenas, that's why we hired him.

You have these guys who play well in the European home clubs but play poorly when they play for the black stars . Some of them play carefully to avoid injury while play for the black stars because they are more committed to their European teams than Ghana .
Sack all the guys and train the local players from our clubs to form a new black star and pay them well. They will be committed to the black stars more than these guys from abroad.

Chris should have been allowed to pick or bring along his own assistant and not impose someone who may be Okraku's darling boy. Otto being Okraku's choice after Chris Houghton smelled Rat!
