It's got me beat how this type of scaffold can possibly be of any use to support concrete flooring on multi-purpose structures. It's a recipe for disaster waiting to happen. I know it been used for years on one level concrete ...

It's got me beat how this type of scaffold can possibly be of any use to support concrete flooring on multi-purpose structures. It's a recipe for disaster waiting to happen. I know it been used for years on one level concrete floors.....but buildings are increasingly being developed to multi level.
I really don't know how you could possibly get a building permit to develop a multi- storey building with bamboo scaffold.....I know anything goes in Ghana,but seriously this is bullshit.Lives will be lost. If this type of reinforcing is allowed to continue.
Whoever,allows this type of support to concrete flooring are leaving themselves wide open,for a class action in advent of a building collapse which will result in deaths on the job.......SURELY,THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME SORT OF BUILDING CODE IN PLACE ,TO PROTECT WORKERS ON THE JOB...BUT NOT IN GHANA RIGHT???
