None of those captains was kicked out disrespectfully like Otto-Addo did to Andre Ayew. Muntari's case is the only exception due to displinary issues. Captainship always change hands in black stars, but never has a captain been target and fired like they did to Andre. That shouldn't be the reward for his selfless sacrifice for Ghana. He should have been allowed to play a few more games like all other former captains.
